Accounts Payable

We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable Assistants who are looking to work in Exeter on an initial 4 -6 month contract.

Working as part of a wider accounts payable function, your responsibilities will include the following:

Provide an effective supplier management service to nominated suppliers on the purchase ledger, to maintain effective and sustainable relationships and minimise financial risk, including recovery of balances
Administer a timely matching process of supplier invoices, credit notes, manual and ad-hoc payment requests (travel expenses,etc) to agreed payment terms.
Process weekly and ad-hoc payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, cheques)
Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of related issues.
Support the delivery of statistical information, management reporting and KPI's to drive improvements in the purchase to pay process
Support the delivery of best practice purchase to pay procedures

In order to be considered successfully, you must be available immediately and have the following:

Experience of working in an accounts payable department.
Have excellent data entry skills and be confident working with high volume processing.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritisation and time-management skills.



Part Qualified Accountant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a leading manufacturing company to join the Accounts team. Reporting to the Financial Director duties will include; Manage purchase/sales ledger Bringing accounts to trial balance Assist with Management accounts/forecasts/budgets.  Qualified or PQ in CIMA, ACA, ACCA & IATA

Mortgage Advisor

Working for this dynamic blue chip financial services head office in central Bristol, you will be working within a telephone based environment that is responsible for the sale of mortgages and related products.  You will conduct structured mortgage interviews to ensure the provision of best advice and excellent customer service across a range of mortgage enquiries.

CeMAP qualification is required.

Working hours are on a 4 week rota, Monday to Friday

8.30-4.30 / 9-5 / 10-6 / 12-8 With one Saturday per month.

Salary £29,700 p/annum plus benefits.

Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for our client based in Bristol city centre, who are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work within the customer service/banking team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting existing customers with their query and providing some admin support.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:


  • First class telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with guidelines
  • Process and allocate payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have previously worked with a contact centre customer service role.
